Panel 1: Back at the practice space, Ty and Val go over to Darrell who’s still sitting at the drums after the song has ended. Ty: “That was awesome!”

Val: “You’ve got talent, Darrell.”

Darrell: “Thanks. You guys are real fun to play with.”

Panel 2: Ty: “What’s your schedule like? We usually try to get together once during the week depending on when people are working, and then on Sunday afternoons.”

Panel 3: Ty: “Are you in college, or do you have a job?”

Darrell, avoidantly looking off to the side: “Uh, no, I’m kinda... in between at the moment, so, I’m pretty free.”

Panel 4: Ty, to the others: “Well hell, any objections?”

Val: “Nope.”

Jeremy shakes his head.

Panel 5: Ty fistbumps Darrell with a grin. “Welcome to SABEL!”

Panel 6: From his other side, Leah leaps into frame swinging an arm around Darrell’s shoulders and knocking him off balance as she exclaims: “Yessss the band’s back in business!”
