The panels on this page are arranged so that each side shows a different scene.

Left side: Panel 1: Rosalyn sits in a parked car with the mustachioed man. They exchange a sultry smile, and she places a hand on his arm.

Right side: Panel 2: Jillian and the brunette man leave together. He’s still talking, rambling on about nothing.

Left side: Panel 3: Rosalyn leans forward until all we can see are their eyes, very close together. A pale green light shines in her eyes, and a bolt of some kind of energy in the same color jumps from her to reflect in the man’s wide eyes. All around them float tiny motes, like dust or starlight, in the same pale green light.

Right side: Panel 4: The brunette man puts his arm around Jillian’s shoulders, and her eyes go to it immediately, staring sharply with disapproval.

Left side: Panel 5: The mustachioed man slumps in his seat, passing out as motes of green light dance around his head.

Right side: Panel 6: As the brunette man continues rambling on, Jillian draws her knife, fire in her eyes.

Left side: Panel 7: Rosalyn sits back in the passenger seat with one of the mustachioed man’s arms stretched out in her lap. A piece of cloth has been tied around his upper arm, and a needle has been inserted into his inner elbow to draw blood. Cheerfully, she says to herself: “I wonder how Jillian’s doing?”

Right side: Panel 8: A spray of blood splatters across the building behind them as the brunette man’s hand weakly reaches up from where he apparently is now on the ground.
