Immortality

Panel 1: A close up of the bartop covered in an array of glasses: rocks glasses, tall glasses, shot glasses. They’re mostly empty save for one of the rocks glasses that’s half full, and one beer glass that’s very low. In the background, discolored as we look through the various glass, is a close shot of Taylor’s shirt and hoodie as he asks a series of one word questions beginning with: “Mirrors!”
Answer: “No.”
Taylor: “Garlic!”
Answer: “Negative.”
Taylor: “Crosses!”
Answer: “Nope.”
Taylor: “Stakes!”
Answer: “Non.”
Panel 2: Zoom out to Taylor and Tacitus still at the bar, both varying amounts of drunk. Taylor still looks pretty alert, Tacitus looks very drowsy as he says: “Well, actually, anything that destroys your heart would kill you, so yes, technically.”
Taylor: “What all can kill me?”
Panel 3: Jillian, also looking quite drunk, counts on her fingers as she answers: “No head, no heart, no blood.”
Panel 4: Jillian gives a shrug: “I mean, all of your blood has to be gone. It's not easy.”
Panel 5: Tayor and Jillian talk while Tacitus seems to lose focus between them. Taylor: “What about immortality?”
Jillian: “That is true. This is you forever now, for better or for worse.”
Taylor: “Damn.”
Panel 6: Tacitus drifts off, eyes closed as Taylor complains: “This couldn't have happened back when I was 25? That would've been a much better age to be forever.”
