Panel 1: The exterior of the house at night. There are still some leaves on the ground but the trees are naked. Darrell walks across the driveway past the stairs that lead to the front door and heads to a side door that leads to the garage.

Panel 2: Darrell stops in front of the side door which has a white piece of paper taped to it. On the paper are the words: “Come upstairs!”

Panel 3: Inside, Darrell pauses at the door to his bedroom where another paper is taped up. This one says: “No really come up” and has an arrow pointing towards the stairs.

Panel 4: At the top of the stairs Darrell pauses again, looking up at another piece of paper taped to the door that leads into the main floor. This one says: “You’re almost there!”

Panel 5: Darrell opens the door with a perplexed look.

Panel 6: Taylor, Jillian, and Rosalyn stand in front of the kitchen island, smiling in his direction. Taylor’s wearing a dark turquoise t-shirt over a light grey long sleeved shirt, Jillian’s wearing a dark blue striped sweater over a light blue button up, and Rosalyn’s wearing a black long sleeved shirt with a low cut v-neck and sections cut out from the shoulders. Taylor’s holding a party popper, which he pops in front of him, sending a shower of rainbow colored confetti all around them as he exclaims: “Happy birthday!”

Panel 7: Darrell stands in the doorway, confetti in his hair and on his clothes, staring in bewilderment but also faint amusement. “...Taylor you dork.”
