Panel 1: Jillian, Rosalyn, and Taylor sit at the dining room table. Taylor and Rosalyn hold absinthe glasses while Jillian stirs her own with an absinthe spoon. Taylor: “So Rosalyn, when are you from?”

Rosalyn smiles: “I was born in 1940.”

Taylor: “Really? Oh man, I bet you could tell me all about the sixties.”

Jillian: “I lived through them too, you know.”

Panel 2: Taylor, with a skeptical smile: “Right, Jules, what were the sixties like for you?”

Panel 3: Jillian looks thoughtful: “Well, they were… a decade. There were… fashion changes, and possibly a war…?

Panel 4: Jillian’s brow furrows as she tries to remember: “Or was that later?”

Rosalyn: “No you’re right. Vietnam. That was a big deal at the time.”

Panel 5: Rosalyn leans towards Taylor with a grin: “But there was also drugs, sex, and rock n’roll, which I’m guessing is what you wanna hear about.”

Taylor: “Hell yes.”

Panel 6: Taylor: “See Jules, anyone can live through an era, but only someone who’s from the era really gets it.” Jillian, with a playful smile: “I see. Well, if I need any reminders on what the nineties were like in a hundred years I’ll be sure to ask you.”

Taylor: “And if I want to know if Ren Faire is historically accurate I’ll definitely go to you!”
